At GenAlphaLife, every product is made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective:

Contact us at support@genalphalife.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

First, double-check your shipping address and tracking information.

If the carrier cannot locate your package, contact us at support@genalphalife.com.

We’ll work with Printful to investigate. Replacement orders may be issued at our discretion.
Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed, and you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Returns

We do not accept returns for size exchanges, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Returned items sent back to Printful without prior approval will not be refunded.
Cancellations
Because each item is custom-printed, orders cannot be canceled once they enter production.
